These terms govern use of trailhatchix.store. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The site is operated by trailhatchix, Tyynenmerenkatu 9, 00220 Helsinki, Finland. The site explains consulting services in general terms and provides a contact form for first enquiries.

The information on this site is for general informational purposes only. It is not professional advice tailored to your organisation. It is not legal, tax, accounting, procurement, security or technical implementation advice. A consulting engagement, if any, requires a separate conversation, written scope and agreed terms. Nothing on the site creates an engagement, duty of care, exclusivity, partnership or obligation to propose work.

trailhatchix aims to keep the site accurate and available, but does not warrant that content is complete, current, uninterrupted or free from error. Consulting descriptions are structural. They do not promise outcomes, timings, savings, returns or suitability for a particular organisation. You are responsible for assessing whether any information is relevant to your circumstances and for obtaining specialist advice where required.

All content on the site, including text, layout, design, code, names and structural diagrams, is owned by or licensed to trailhatchix unless otherwise stated. You may view the site for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, adapt or use the content to misrepresent an association with trailhatchix. Limited internal sharing of page links for evaluation is permitted.

You must use the site lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to interfere with site operation, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, overload the service, harvest data, impersonate another person, or send content that is unlawful, misleading, confidential without authority, or infringing. The contact form must not be used for unsolicited marketing, mass submissions or attempts to create a contact route outside the form.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, trailhatchix is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss arising from use of the site, inability to use the site, reliance on site content, or unauthorised use of the contact form. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish law. Any liability connected with a separately agreed consulting engagement will be governed by the terms of that engagement, not by the general content of this site.

You agree to indemnify trailhatchix against claims, losses, costs and liabilities arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of material that you had no right to provide. This obligation is proportionate to the breach and does not remove trailhatchix’s own legal responsibilities.

trailhatchix may change the site and these terms when needed. Updated terms take effect when posted, unless a different date is stated. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially affects privacy or cookie handling, the relevant policy page will also be updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. The courts of Finland have jurisdiction, and the exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these terms or use of this site is the District Court of Helsinki, Helsingin käräjäoikeus, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The working language of the site is English, but the Finnish legal context is not displaced by that choice.
